Last Minute Checklist
Have you done these?
1.Number your pages?
2.Decide whether you are stapling ur comic (like HK comics), or doing a plastic ring bind. Layout will be different.
3.Comic will be printed in A4 size.
4.Present your materials in a neat and understandable sequence.
5.Printed out your dialog and cut/paste on ur originals.
6.Provide content and acknowledgement pages if necessary.
7.Include write-ups, synopsis as part of prep work.
8.Ensure cover art is not sucky. We diss other artists for churning out crap, but are we doing it ourselves?
9.Flip thru an actual comic book. What else is NOT in your own?
TKG will b opened at 12pm tmw. Take note that we'll be printing a lot of stuffs tmw, so be prepared to pay if uncle says so.
Also, we'll be resting the machine after every 99pages, in case the drum breaks down. FYI, a new drum costs a couple grand, so we really do not want that happening. And in the event tat it really fails, make sure you have contingency plans. So, if you realised, the earlier u print, the better.
We'll be getting A3 envelopes from the stationery shop below TKG, and if 1 isn't enough, tape all the envelopes together. However, if you have your own way of parcelling ur stuffs together, by all means do that.
The final 18 hrs, do wat u have to do. And happy new year!
